With the coordinated design information prepared, Lindley Architects are able to coordinate the tendering process on your behalf if required. It is important to be careful when selecting who you want to carry out your work. We shall invite a selection of qualified contractors to price for the building works, liaise with them during the tender period and prepare a report for your consideration. At this stage, contracts shall be prepared between yourself and your preferred building contractor.
And now the fun begins as the spades go into the ground!
