Concept design to assess options for redevelopment of brownfield land occupied by garages and rear garden with new build infill development to optimise potential value through creation of 10 new dwellings as range of innovative duplex and flats. Proposals also included the extension and refurbishment of an existing residential property consisting of two apartments, to increase the number of residential units to 5 units to increase the potential rental income.
